Sarah is the Operational Manager supporting Fatherhood Solutions. She has extensive experience of working within the third sector including creating strong and enduring collaborations with the NHS and local communities. Her expertise extends to the design of training programmes aimed at supporting the provision of vital support to fathers and mental health initiatives.
Sarah is a Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership chairperson and champion at her local maternity service and has been a driving force behind transformative systematic changes at the trust. She also volunteers as a breastfeeding peer support worker and sits on multiple committees with the aim of improving the experience of women and families.
Notably, Sarah was instrumental in bringing the international Fathers Mental Health Day event to the trust, exemplifying her forward-thinking and proactive approachSarah’s ability to utilise her lived experience, understanding of maternity and early years services, and exceptional facilitation and engagement skills has helped Fatherhood Solutions have significant impact.
