Emotional Intelligence is concerned with how people choose to manage and get the best out of themselves and those around them. It can start with identifying and dismantling our own self-limiting beliefs or restrictive habits in making different choices. Emotional Intelligence can increase our awareness of others, enhancing our understanding of why others behave the way they do. It can enhance our capacity to adapt our behaviour within different situations to achieve the best outcome. Like any skill, Emotional Intelligence can be developed and requires practice, it is about ‘managing the moment’.
