Caroline’s strengths are in developing strong commitment and partnerships, negotiating and managing complex contracts and agreements, communication at all levels, delivery focus and management of delivery partners. She is a qualified Project Manager and Management/Life Coach and Mentor. Over the past 10 years her experience with Activmob has deepened in the areas of insight gathering, developing partnerships, facilitation and coaching and mentoring.
Caroline is passionate about engaging and motivating all to participate; including those often disengaged or on the fringes of society and on topics many would find challenging such as end of life, living with long term mental health and other long-term conditions.
A particular strength and expertise are drawn from over a decade’s experience in the sector; presentation of analysis, while sharing insights and experiences from both the front line and customers. Caroline has specific experience of designing, leading and facilitating complex multi-agency workshops and events. Many of these have been based on a successful approach of bringing the right people and stakeholders together, sharing best practice, introducing new insight and knowledge and facilitating interaction and encourage participation amongst delegates to share ideas and form partnerships.
