A highly skilled professional facilitator with over 25 years and great depth and breadth of experience in designing and facilitating conferences, workshops, meetings and events for a wealth of clients.

Amanda is a Certified Professional Facilitator™ working with a large range of organisations and teams in the design and facilitation of meetings and events. Her facilitation work has included work with senior leadership teams in reviewing and developing strategy and plans for programme delivery and business development, pre-construction partnering workshops for European flagship construction projects, facilitation of European Government representatives in influenza pandemic planning, joint UK/European project partnerships to develop environmental, intergenerational and poverty programmes, public and community consultations and partnering workshops for in-town developments and civil engineering projects. service delivery and energy programmes. She has experience of organising and facilitating sandpit workshops for a host of organisations and has supported a host of clients to problem solve and relationship building and has facilitates national conference for blue chip, public, private and third sector clients.

Amanda is also an experienced trainer having trained thousands of professionals in the skills of facilitation both here in the UK and internationally including senior managers within Balfour Beatty to facilitate risk management workshops; Business Partners at McCain Foods GB, and managers at Scottish Natural Heritage to facilitate stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement teams within McCain, Danone, Pirelli and Unipart to facilitate team problem solving in lean manufacturing.

She is passionate about facilitation and has the ability to help clients identify and articulate their needs and aspirations for an event and then build those into a workshop design that captures the spirit whilst staying focused on the objectives.
